JOB DESCRIPTION: REGRAINER
Our ReGrainers are brand ambassadors, evangelists, passionate people who are filled
with purpose that fuels ReGrained’s ability to achieve its mission of reducing waste and
feeding people. You will conduct demos, introduce products to customers, provide
product education, and promotes sales in the store or at events.
DUTIES*:

Perform product demonstrations in retail locations and external events.
Work to ensure all demos are effectively and efficiently facilitated including set up,
clean up and completing online survey for each demo.
Sell product via samples, brand story, and personal experience.
Check and report on inventory and merchandising
Maintain demo equipment as needed.
Follow and comply with established procedures, including health and sanitation, and
adhere to safe work practices.

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to knowledgeably and enthusiastically sell product
line to customers.
Common sense.
Appetite for learning.
Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the company, including
evenings and weekends.
COMPENSATION:
$15/hour - shifts are typically 3-4 hours

ABOUT REGRAINED
ReGrained is a mission-driven food-tech company that fights food waste through edible
upcycling. In partnership with the USDA, we have developed patent-pending technology
that allows our food system to do more with less. Primarily, we upcycle the nutritious
grain byproduct of beer brewing into our SuperGrain+ flour. This high-protein, prebiotic
grain is the main functional ingredient in our SuperGrain+ Bars. We plan to expand
beyond nutrition bars and incorporate this SuperGrain+ product into pretzels, breads,
cookies, cereals, chips, and more. In addition to fighting food waste, ReGrained is a
certified B-Corp and is committed to sustainable packaging. All ReGrained snacks come
in first-to-market compostable wrappers, leaving no waste at end-of-life.
