DESCRIPTION
Easy doubletrack which circles the entire property, and
also serves as biking / hiking connector for the
singletrack trails.
HIKE AND BIKE
Connects the Sugarcamp Mountain Trailhead to the
Multi-Use near Lodge View.
HIKE AND BIKE
A favorite of the locals, Lodge View provides the best of
everything that Sugarcamp has to offer. This
backwoods trail combines flowy downhill sections,
technical roots and rocks and a few drops interspersed.
HIKE AND BIKE
Trailhead begins on the huge boulder and is accessed
via Multi-Use Trail or Fern Gully. This trail is extremely
technical, but offers spectacular views of the lake, and
provides access to the trailheads on the opposite side of
the mountain.
HIKE AND BIKE
Connects The Bluff to the Multi-Use Trail
HIKE AND BIKE
Nice flowy singletrack. The Bluff consists of several
segments due to its length (Initiation, Knuckles, Yella
Gate, Mikie's Berms, and Rainbow Connection). The
trail is pretty self explanatory, and all paths lead to
Reclamation Loop.
HIKE AND BIKE
Recommended to ride downhill back to the parking lot,
but is climbable for advanced riders. Steep technical
trail, with good views of the lake throughout.
HIKE AND BIKE
Easy doubletrack loop, usually more ridden from the
upper entrance and coupled with the Arrowhead trail to
the parking lot.
HIKE AND BIKE
Fairly easy singletrack with a few climbs, creek
crossings, bridges, and downhills. Trail is clearly
marked, but can be confusing where other trails
intersect. If you choose to return to the parking lot, you
can get to the road from either side of this trail.
HIKE AND BIKE
Just provides entry / exit from Reclamation Loop to the
main road.
HIKE AND BIKE
Tight singletrack with quick turns & semi-difficult climbs.
Trail flows along the campground, then finishes back on
Reclamation Loop. Can get confusing near the apex of
the trail, so pay close attention to the trail signs and
markers if you intend to ride downhill to the campground.
HIKE AND BIKE
Although ridden both directions, Fern Gully is a very
difficult climb when ascending…which is why the
Sugarcamp Mountain Trailhead has become the
preferred access. On the way down, the trail is fast,
technical singletrack with an awesome, Pacific
Northwest feel. Entry from the bottom is from the Apex
of the Brier Pit trail, just follow the signs and
markers...the trail crosses the Jenny Wiley trail several
times.
