No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 
Offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("U.S.") and open 
only to legal residents of the U.S. aged 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. 
Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of 
winning. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are 
18 years of age and older. Employees, officers and directors of Agaves Mexican Grill, Inc. (the 
“Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family 
members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the 
same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Agave Cinco de Mayo Sweepstakes begins at 
12:01 am Eastern Time (“CT”) on April 15, 2016, and ends at 11:59 pm ET on May 5, 2016 at XX time.

TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter: In person by filling out an entry card at the Agaves location 
at Agaves Mexican Grill, 444 Quaker Lane, Warwick, RI, or by mail. By mail: hand print your name, 
complete address, telephone number and date of birth on a postcard and mail via first­class mail to: 
Agaves Cinco de Mayo Sweepstakes, 444 Quaker Lane, Warwick, RI 02886. Mail­in entries received by 
the 5th of May will be included in the drawing. There is no limit to the number of times you may enter 
by mail, however each mail­in entry must be sent separately. One random drawing will be conducted, 
on May 5th

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")/ODDS OF WINNING: On the Random Drawing date 
listed above, the Agaves Mexican Grill Manager (“Promotion Administrator”), will conduct a random 
drawing from among all eligible entries received for the specified Entry Period to select one (1) Grand 
Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive the following prize: (Vacation in Cancun Mexico, 
including two economy roundtrip airline tickets, and hotel accommodations for three nights­­please 
note, final arrangements will be made together with the winners and specifics depend on seasonality, 
the approximate prize value is $800­$1000). Winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail. Odds 
of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period. 
GENERAL: All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating, entrants agree [a] 
to abide by and be bound by these rules and decisions of Agaves Mexican Grill Administrator which 
shall be final in all respects relating to the sweepstakes, including without limitation the interpretation 
of these rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, 
advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company 
involved in the development or execution of the sweepstakes from any and all injuries, liability, losses, 
damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes 
or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and if a winner [c] to the Sponsor’s use of their name, 

voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without further 
compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. 
Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability and (where legal) publicity 
release which must be returned within time period specified in notification letter or an alternate 
winner may be selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of 
the prize. Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and representatives and their respective 
directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for: [a] any 
error (human or otherwise) which may occur in the processing of entries b] late, lost, misdirected, 
mutilated, incomplete, illegible entries or postage­due mail; or [c] any condition caused by events 
beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. 
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion 
thereof should virus, bugs or other causes beyond control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, 
security or proper play of the sweepstakes, in which case all prizes will be awarded via a random 
drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Entry information becomes 
property of Sponsor. No prize transfer. No prize substitution. All federal, state and local regulations 
apply.
