Add Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils to enhance any
treatment & promote wellbeing. Oils May be diffused into the air or
blended into the massage oil. The ArōmaTouch Hand Technique is
another method of aromatherapy well suited for chair massage or
Reflexology. This therapy can be tailored to meet individual needs or
preference.

Hydrotherapy $10
Add hot towels to any massage to help ease severe muscle tension and
to leave feeling refreshed.

Hot Stones

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils.
The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply.
Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones
induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to
be tremendously calming and centering.

Essential Oil Classes

At AMPED Wellness we host weekly essential oil classes & also have a
growing library of wellness-related and personal development books that
are available for check out by our clients. There are many different topics
for the classes but are all designed to cover the basics of how to safely
and effectively use essential oils in your home. All classes are completely
free and can be requested for a specific day and time!
