Düsseldorf, Germany – November 12, 2014 – ZONARE Medical Systems, Inc., the
developer of next generation ultrasound technology, announced today that it would
be introducing two new advancements to their product lines at the annual MEDICA
meeting November 12th -‐15th in Düsseldorf, Germany.
ZONARE continues its z.one product line with the introduction of the Z.One PRO.
This all-‐purpose, durable, ergonomic, easy to use system pushes the boundaries of
ultrasound with affordable and powerful performance. The Z.One PRO covers all
applications, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with stellar image and Doppler quality
and is built on ZONE Sonography™ Technology, the innovation that has broken the
barriers to conventional imaging.
ZONARE is also proud to present the 2014 performance advancements for the ZS3, a
premium ultrasound system. With a complete range of transducers from 1-‐20MHz
for CEUS, a new intraoperative curved array transducer (C9-‐3sp CEUS enabled),
outstanding imaging performance from the linear 20-‐5MHz transducer, and an
extensive 5 year, state-‐of-‐the-‐art protection program, it is easy to see why this
system is the new diagnostic standard with premium performance and unique
investment protection.
Both the Z.One PRO and the ZS3 ultrasound systems have breakthrough, proprietary
ZONE Sonography™ Technology (ZST™). ZST has replaced conventional line-‐by-‐line
beamforming with software-‐driven, large zone image acquisition technology. This
technique overcomes conventional limitations by acquiring more sonographic
information and guaranteeing the entire ultrasound image is in focus, at every point
and at every depth. This novel approach to image formation brings exquisite
imaging detail with consistent, superb resolution and uniformity at depth from the
smallest to the largest of patients throughout the field of view, enabling the most
accurate diagnosis possible. This is the ZONARE difference.
“We are very excited to show our customers the clinically focused imaging
advancements we have made with the Z.One PRO and the ZS3. Both systems are
ideal for internal medicine, shared services, pediatrics/neonatology and both
systems have small footprints so that they can be easily moved from medical
