Greetings from ERCICA-2014 & Congratulations!!!

We are extremely happy with the response received for the Second International Conference on
“Emerging Research in Computing, Information, Communication and Applications” (ERCICA-14). We have
received more than 500 papers from all over India and the world. To name a few: Papers from London,
Finland, Middle east, Africa, Asia and from India IITs, IISc, NITs, IIITs, Central Universities and other top
Institutions have made their way to the Conference.

We are pleased to inform you that your paper is ‘ACCEPTED' for ORAL presentation (Kindly find
your paper details attached at Review Form) at the Second International Conference on ERCICA-2014
to be held during 01 - 02, August, 2014 at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT), Yelahanka,
Bangalore, India. Please find your paper attached, as reviewed by ERCICA-2014 Technical Review
Committee. Kindly incorporate the suggestions made by the Committee in the CRC Word Format
(Camera Ready Copy).

We request you to kindly proceed with the Registration for the conference immediately. If you do
not register on or before 01, JUNE, 2014, it will not be possible for your paper to be published with
Elsevier and its Digital Library.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Step 1:
Kindly send us the CAMERA READY COPY (CRC) paper in WORD FORMAT
only (STRICTLY AS PER THE TEMPLATE ATTACHED). MAXIMUM PAGES ALLOWED IS ONLY 6.
Step 2:
Kindly send us the filled Registration Form as attached at:
ercica.chair@gmail.com

Step 3:
The authors are requested to kindly make the Registration payment through
NEFT which is easy, transparent and accurate for faster Registration.
(NEFT/Cheque/DD - Payment details are attached)

Once you have completed the above mentioned steps, kindly send us the following documents:

1. CAMERA READY PAPER in word Document at : ercica.chair@gmail.com

2. If you wish to make the payment through Cheque/DD, then send the same through post at the
following address : (Write your paper Id and mobile number behind the Cheque/DD)
