DECEMBER 2010

What’s for Dinner?
What type of food are you going to serve? That’s
the number one question I’m asked so here is a
quick glimpse of what is to come.

Terrace’s Best Burger Returns!
Burgers will definitely find a home on the new menu. If you’ve
had my burgers you know just how good they are (insert ego check
here). The Blackstone burger is a big 8 oz. patty with all the
fixings you’d expect. If you really want to indulge, I suggest the
Big Blackstone that features our homemade bacon. Yup, bacon
we cure and smoke in-house! If think store bought bacon is
yummy wait ‘til you try homemade; there is no comparison!

Sushi
Here’s the first surprise: we’ll have sushi on the menu! Try our
signature Dynamite Roll with panko crusted prawns, avocado,
cucumber and chives. We will also have a new feature roll every
month and on Saturday’s we roll out an expanded sushi menu
with all your favorite rolls!

Steak and Potatoes
This is Terrace and we know what you really want: meat and
potatoes. Look no further. How about a 10 oz. NY strip loin
cooked how you like it, with your choice of potatoes, mashed,
baked, or fries along with a good serving of seasonal veggies? You
won’t go home hungry!

Salads
Don’t worry veggie lovers, we haven’t forgot about you. Along
with a tasty veggie burger, we also have some great new and
classic salads on the menu. Like our Southwest Chicken Salad
with field greens, black beans, avocado, and tortilla strips or how
about a classic Caesar salad with our homemade dressing and
croutons.
