● Includes flannel-walled exhibit stand with

placement and remaining spaces will be
determined on a first-come basis.
● Additional services (flooring, furniture
etc) can be tailored at the request of the
exhibitor, if requested and paid in
advance. An exhibitor brochure and
services manual will be sent to all
exhibitors ahead of the event.
● NB - Exhibitors are requested not to bring
their own banners/stands but to make use of
the existing built-in branding provided. Staff

A lounge room will be provided for attendees
interested in holding meetings or otherwise taking a
break. Lounge seating will be provided for a total
capacity of approximately 50 attendees at one time.
Sponsor will have naming rights for the lounge, with
signage outside and inside the room provided. As
this space is intended for meetings and relaxation,
sponsor will not be allowed to set up an exhibit or
hand out marketing materials in this space.
